2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 190 of 2026, registered under Sections 8, 21(c), and 22(b) of the NDPS Act as well as Sections 18(a) and 18(c) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 31 bottles of Codeine Phosphate and Triprolidine HCl syrup, each containing 100 ml (totalling 3.1 litres), along with one mobile phone were recovered from the accused.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2026. He is alleged to have been involved in the sale and purchase of Codeine Phosphate and Triprolidine HCl syrup.

5. Considering the recovery and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
