Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17506 of 2017 (3) dt.01-09-2017 granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, however, in the said order in paragraph - 1 of the order portion, it has inadvertently been typed as Chandi P.S. Accordingly the order passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 15595 of 2017 and 17506 of 2017 is modified to the extent that P.S. Case No. mentioned in para - 1 as well as in the satisfaction portion be read as Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 192 of 2016 and the satisfaction be also read as to the satisfaction of ACJM -II, Bhojpur at Ara. Further the prayer of the petitioners to extend the period of surrender is also allowed.
