2. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the salary of the petitioner for the period from 29.07.2010 to 22.07.2021.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised the preliminary objection and submits that the relief which the petitioner has claimed cannot be granted due to the reason that specific order has already been passed vide Annexure-6 and the said order has

4. As such, this Court is of the view that at present this writ petition is infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as being infructuous.
