The petitioner, in present petition, has prayed for review of order dated 21.10.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16146 of 2012. The order dated 21.10.2013 is quoted herein below: "After some argument, Sri Madan Jeet Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of Sri Ajay Bihari Sinha, learned Standing Counsel No.19, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. He submits that the petitioners may be allowed to avail appropriate remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above."

Patna High Court C. REV. No.96 of 2015 (3) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 The Court is of the opinion that once the order is passed by this Court, there is no point for examining the prayer for review of earlier order, particularly in view of the fact, as indicated in the earlier order.

The review petition stands dismissed.
