JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 27-11-2018 The claim of the petitioner for grant of second time bound promotion to his wife with effect from 01.02.1991 as per resolution no. 10770 of the Finance Department dated 30.12.1981 is pending before the District Programme Officer(Establishment) Munger, Bihar. The petitioner's wife superannuated on 31.12.2013 from Middle School, Madhopur, Munger where she was working as teacher.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that this Court may direct the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the petitioner's claim as juniors to the petitioner's wife have also been granted said benefits.

In view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the
