The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. was lodged on missing of the daughter of the informant. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that co-accused Guddu Paswan had taken her to Delhi forcefully.
Submission is that the matter is of love-affairs and petitioner is mother of Guddu Paswan. Moreover, co-accused Guddu Paswan has already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.54629 of 2016.

No.12881 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani/Successor Court in connection with Rahika Police Station Case No.102 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
