Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mashrakh P.S. Case No.120 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case with oblique motive.

It is further submitted that the specific allegation of assault is against other co-accused.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner including other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant on account of which the informant sustained grievous injuries. Therefore,
