2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 115 of 2024, arising out of Daudpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023, lodged under Sections 366A and 363 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9437 of 2024 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail 3 months after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on 05.03.2024 and 3 months have been lapsed, but no development took place. He further submits that progress report has been

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that no purpose shall be solved keeping the petitioner in custody.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with S.Tr. No. 115 of 2024, arising out of Daudpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

7. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
