Pursuant to order dated 06.10.2015, learned counsel for respondent no. 8 is present. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 6 to 8 disclosing that all admitted retiral benefits of the petitioner have been paid and that the entire pensionary amount payable to the petitioner with effect from the date of superannuation i.e., 01.08.2014 shall be credited into the pension account of the petitioner by the end of the month.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8721 of 2015 dt.16-10-2015 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for respondents no. 6 to 8, in the presence of respondent no. 8 submits that the order has been issued to credit the entire amount payable to the petitioner by way of overdraft in his account which shall be adjusted from the payment to be credited to his account at the end of the month. The Court appreciates such considerate action on behalf of respondent no. 8. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.

The Court expects that regular pensionary benefits shall be paid to the petitioner in accordance with law in future. The personal appearance of respondent no. 8 stands dispensed with.
