Having regard to the fact that the petitioner assails a decision initiating the departmental proceeding dated 05.05.2015, this Court must held the writ application to be premature and in fact also ill-advised. Once, the departmental proceeding has been initiated, the petitioner has to file his written statement of defence and also to face the enquiry before the inquiry officer if the disciplinary authority finds its necessity.
