JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 11 of the Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 against the order dated 23.06.2019 passed by the Circle Officer, Khagaria.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, however, with a further direction that for a period of four weeks from today, status quo existing as on today, shall be maintained in order to enable the petitioner to file an appeal and an interim application for stay, which shall be decided in accordance with law by the appellate authority.
