JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 23-11-2021 The petitioner has a grievance that he has not been paid the full amount against construction and supply of boats to the District administration, Sitamarhi in 2010. From a representation dated 05.01.2020, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure 5 to the writ application itself, it appears that the petitioner has been paid certain amount. He has a grievance, however, that he is entitled to more than what has been paid. He had earlier approached this Court by filing a writ application, bearing CWJC No.15035 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2405 of 2021(2) dt.23-11-2021 2/2 2018, which was disposed of by an order dated 17.09.2018. Considering the aspect of delay and disputed questions of facts, as is evident from the petitioner's representation regarding the amount payable to him, we are not inclined to entertain this writ application. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to pursue his representation before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
