The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has not stated the name of petitioner, as the person, who kidnapped her and as such, no case of kidnapping is made out against this petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be
