The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katihar Town (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 391 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case only on confessional statement of co-accused. There is no recovery in the case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
