The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 417 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has demanded extortion.

The petitioner is accused in 14 more cases, almost all the cases are of Bidupur Police Station in the district of Vaishali.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
