Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP along with learned counsel for the OP No. 2. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the OP No. 2, at the outset, submits that he has instruction to make submission not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner as dispute in between the petitioner and the OP No. 2 stands resolved.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also concurs

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45345 of 2023(4) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 with the submission and submits that the petitioner and the OP No. 2 are staying together and leading a peaceful conjugal life. 5.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with C.R No. 1216 of 2022, T.R. No. 2960 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
