The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Revelganj Police Station Case No. 160 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that she provided a 'Fasul' to her son, who assaulted the informant causing injury on his head.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that other family members were also implicated in this case as there was dispute between the parties from before and except that the petitioner has provided a Fasul to her son, there is nothing against her.

No.16396 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioner has only provided a 'Fasul' and she is a lady, as such the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation and make herself available before the police as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the police on two consecutive dates, the prosecution shall be free to move for cancellation of his bail bonds and further petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
