Heard the parties.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 326 and 340 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the past, prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner was refused vide order at Annexure-1. If subsequently some other co-accused were allowed anticipatory bail by this Court vide order at Annexure-3 that cannot be a ground to review the prayer, especially when the order at Annexure-1 was not brought to the notice of the Bench while passing order at Annexure-3.
Hence, prayer is refused in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15499 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019.
Petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail, failing which the court below shall take coercive step for apprehension of the petitioner. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
