1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 308 (4) & 308 (5) of B.N.S.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to get the relief of regular bail, though his earlier prayer has already been rejected by this Bench vide order dated 21.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89965 of 2024 preferred by this petitioner but

No.43051 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/3 however the petitioner has renewed his prayer mainly in view of the present stage of his trial as well as his custody period and the liberty granted to him by this Bench in the earlier rejection order to renew his prayer. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 22.07.2024 and he has been made an accused mainly on the ground of the recovery of particular alleged SIM card from the petitioner's mobile phone and except this, there is no material against him to show his connection in the alleged ransom demand. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner's trial has started after framing the charges upon him on 24.05.2025 and that no money was delivered by the so-called aggrieved party pursuant to the alleged ransom demand.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Heard both the sides and perused the relevant materials. Though, the instant matter relates to a serious offence, however, considering the petitioner's present custody period and the stage of his trial as well as his young age, this court is now inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
