Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State, Shri. Rabindra Kumar. 2.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and Petitioner No. 1 is a woman and the informant alleges that his daughter works in a Jewellery shop, further on 2-3-2024, she went to her work place but did not return and later informant came to know that his daughter was enticed by Danish for the purposes of marriage and petitioners, being parents of Danish, are aware of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48496 of 2024(5) dt.18-09-2024 2/3 occurrence and Petitioner No. 1 said that his daughter is with her son, further mobile of his daughter and Danish is switched off.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that the victim was in love with Danish, son of the petitioners, as such they had eloped. It is also submitted that victim has come back.

Learned A.P.P. for the State, Shri. Rabindra Kumar opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, but then fairly based on instruction of the Investigating Officer submits that victim has been recovered and she has not supported the case of the prosecution rather has showed her willingness to stay with Danish.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with
