That, this is an application is for issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to consider and appoint the petitioners on the post/s of Teacher/s in the different school/s within the state of Bihar, on the basis of Training Sessions/s in term/s of the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of 34,540 Teacher's against the vacancy, which were advertised in the year 2012." Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application.
