In the present case, the petitioners are claiming that the final decision in the process of appointment of Class-IV employees in the district of Bhagalpur has not been taken. In view of the limited nature of prayer, let the petitioners file a representation for consideration in terms of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20029 of 2016(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 advertisement and if such representation is filed, the respondent no.4 shall consider the claim of the petitioners in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
