The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 10770 of 2008, which stood dismissed due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 30.4.2015. After hearing the parties and considering the grounds set forth in the petition, same is allowed.

Let CWJC No. 10770 of 2008 be restored to its original file with a condition that the order dated 30.4.2015 passed in CWJC No. 10770 of 2008 must be complied with within a period of three weeks from today, failing which, the said writ petition i.e. CWJC No. 10770 of 2008 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench.
