Patna High Court LPA No.2030 of 2016 dt.28-07-2017 to consider the prayer of the appellant for clubbing together the writ application with another application for analogous hearing, we see no reason in this proceeding, under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent, to interfere in the matter.
The appeal is dismissed.
