Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the husband is in custody and the petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased. From the written report itself it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. The petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7050 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 within period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
