JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2.Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to select the petitioner as "Block Teacher" in Block- Hulasganj, Jehanaba, but not selected as Block Teacher on the ground of that she could not produced

Along with all document as required in Counselling and after Counselling, her all original certificate retunred on this ground alone and not selected on that post although she filed representation with Affidavit before B.D.O. Hulasganj on 10/8/2021 and the Director Primary Education, Bihar that to COVID-19 and Corona University was closed so not produced and requested that she produced original B.Ed. Certificate within one month from today, if not produced her candidature/appointment, should be cancelled and also prayed that one seat for Block Teacher reserved for petitioner and/or pass such appropriate order or orders as deem fit and proper."

3. Considering the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioner may file a detailed representation before the Director, Primary Educatin, Bihar, which shall be considered and disposed of by him/her in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
