Having regard to the fact that no part of cause of action as with regard to three impugned orders have arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, it would hold that this writ application is wholly ill-advised and misconceived in terms of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10365 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Article 226 (3) of the Constitution of India. That being so, this writ application is, accordingly, dismissed.

The dismissal of this writ application, however, will not come in the way of the petitioner in moving the appropriate court.
