JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of the present case are identical to the facts of C.W.J.C. No.23153 of 2013 (Rajendra Yadav and Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) and C.W.J.C. No.24002 of 2013 (Anup Lal Sah and Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) In such view of the matter, let the respondent authorities examine the case of the present petitioner vis-a-vis the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. Nos. 23153 of 2013 and 24002 of 2013 and if it is found that the facts, prayer and law of all the cases are identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioner will be given the same benefit as has been given to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16809 of 2016(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.23153 of 2013 and 24002 of 2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is clarified that this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
