Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by order dated 22-11-2021, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but due to inadvertent mistake, in the cause title of the order, the name of father of the petitioner No. 1 has wrongly been mentioned as "Late Surendra Prasad" in place of "Lala Surendra Prasad".

From perusal of the main bail petition, the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners appears to be correct. Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the order dated 22-11-2021 is modified to the extent that the name of father of petitioner No. 1 in the cause title of the order be read as "Lala Surendra Prasad" in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56379 of 2021(3) dt.02-12-2021 2/2 "Late Surendra Prasad"

Accordingly, the concerned official is directed to correct the name of father of the petitioner No. 1 in the cause title of the case, as stated above.
