The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 419, 468, 471, 472, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner managed some other person to appear at the written examination held for appointment to the post of constable in his place. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is students having no criminal antecedent and he is preparing for jobs and the present case has been registered against him on suspicion and without having sufficient materials against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Gardanibagh Police Station Case No. 500 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
