JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 After some argument, considering the fact that the present writ petition involves adjudication of disputed question of facts, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to invoke Clause-11 of the agreement dated 09.10.2007 entered into between the petitioner and the respondents i.e. the Arbitration Clause. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to invoke the Arbitration Clause as provided for under the agreement.
