The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/324/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant with tangi. Doctor has found simple injury on the head caused by hard and blunt substance.

Submission of the petitioner is that there is no allegation of repetition of blow and the injury was not consistent with the prosecution allegation as tangi is not hard and blunt substance. Considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11103 of 2017 (3) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Laxmipur Police Station Case No.194 of 2016, pending in the Court of Mr. Amrendra Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui/Successor Court.
