2. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 06.05.2024 to the extent that in Paragraph Nos. 9 and 11, the date has been

Patna High Court MJC No.2068 of 2024(3) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 inadvertently typed as 15.07.2001 in place of 15.07.2002.

3. Considering the said to be inadvertent typographical mistake, I find it proper to delete the date 15.07.2001 from Paragraph Nos. 9 and 11 of the order dated 06.05.2024 and in place of 15.07.2001, let it be substituted by 15.07.2002.

4. The order dated 06.05.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. The present modification application stands disposed of.
