Since, this writ application has been filed against the removal of the petitioner from the post of Anganbadi Sevika informing her not to report on duty any more, the remedy of the petitioner against such order would be before the appellate authority instead of filing this writ application.

That being so, this application is disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.9946 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order and if she does so, her such appeal shall be disposed of on its own merit.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
