The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 231 of 2016 registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is lodged against the petitioner after two years of the alleged incident. It would appear from the Annexure-2 that on 13.07.2016, the relevant records were called for by the petitioner but on that date, petitioner was present at Meenapur, Muzaffarpur along with Program Officer for distribution of Aadhar Card. Thereafter, on 13.12.2016, the relevant documents were sent to the concerned place by the petitioner. Further
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8050 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 submission is that it appears from the charge report that charge has already been given to the informant by the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 231 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
