The petitioner is seeking relief of regularization of service on the post of Voluntary Health Worker as she has been working since 1980 and claiming that his case is squarely covered by the judgment and order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the case of the Secretary, State of Karnataka vs. Umadevi and Others reported in 2006(2) PLJR (S.C.) 363. In such view of the matter, let the respondent authorities examine the case of the present petitioner vis-a-vis the petitioners connecting with that case and if it is found that
Patna High Court CWJC No.5337 of 2016(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 the facts, prayer and law of all both the cases are identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioner will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners of the aforesaid case. It is clarified that this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
