Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submits that in pursuant to the order, dated 01.10.2019, the bank account details of Opposite Party No. 2 shall be provided to learned Counsel for the petitioner within a period of one week from today.

He is permitted to do so.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to non-compliance of the order dated 01.10.2019 on the part of the Opposite Party No. 2, the petitioner could not deposit the amount and the time for depositing the amount, in question, has already expired, as a result of which, he could not surrender before the Court below to furnish bail bond.

In view of the above, let the time granted to he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42755 of 2019(4) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 petitioner to deposit the amount and surrender before the Court below to furnish bail bond is hereby extended by further three weeks.

The order, dated 01.10.2019, is modified to the extent indicated above.
