In view of the reasoned order dated 28.02.2015 passed by the Chief Engineer, Minor Water Resources Department, Muzaffarpur, as contained in Annexure-E to the fresh show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.5 on 13.01.2016, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Writ Court dated 24.07.2014 passed in CWJC No.3658 of 2014 has been complied with, and no case for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties herein is made out. Accordingly, the present MJC application is dismissed.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty to challenge the validity and correctness of the aforesaid

Patna High Court MJC No.1645 of 2015 (3) dt.17-08-2016 order dated 28.02.2015 in an appropriate proceeding before an appropriate forum/court.
