2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 324(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Informant alleged that on 04.12.2024 at about 10:30 PM, when informant and his elder brother were returning home after having feast, on the way, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner along with 10-12 unknown persons scuffled with them and they fired a bullet which hit the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation against petitioner is vague and ambiguous. There is no specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44211 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 accusation of overt act against petitioner. There is no injury report on record to substantiate the allegations. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P. S. Case No. 246 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
