BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-01-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):- "(a) For issuance of appropriate writ to quash the impugned action/order and there upon resulting consequence of respondents by which the respondents tried to replace the petitioners with another set of contractual employees through service provider agency where the petitioners have employee of respondent department.

(b) That further pass any other order/orders, direction/directions which the Hon'ble Court think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

The present petition is speculative in nature. On presumption the present petition is filed in absence of material information that the respondents are likely to replace the petitioners in engaging contract employees through service provider.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1956 of 2021 dt.25-01-2022 3/3 Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as premature reserving liberty to the petitioners to file petition as and when cause of action accrued to them.
