The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that vide order dated 05.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66656 of 2021, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected by this Court, this Court is not inclined to take a different view in the matter.

No new ground has been raised by the learned

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
