It is failure on the part of the respondentauthorities to take a decision on the inspection report, dated 04.09.2013, annexed as Annexure-4 that the writ application was filed for direction.
It is rather unfortunate that even in the writ application, which is pending since 2013, no counter affidavit has been filed indicating the stand of the respondent in this regard.
Writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government
Patna High Court CWJC No.19411 of 2013 dt.25-08-2015 2/2 of Bihar, Patna that a decision for grant of recognition must be taken within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this order.
