2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) to direct the respondent authorities to provide adequate compensation amount immediately for the land of the petitioner has been acquired without initiating proceeding and provide

Patna High Court CWJC No.10477 of 2016(2) dt.13-05-2024 2/3 compensation for construction of the Circuit House (Parisadan) as well as in the light of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme court regarding the payment of compensation must be adequate sufficient and satisfactory.

In view of the facts the land of petitioner bearing Khata No. 17, Plot No. 15 area 27 1⁄2 Decimals under Mohalla Ahiyapur, P.S. Sheikhpura Town District Sheikhpura has been acquired and constructed circuit House (Parisadan) by the respondents but the compensation has not been paid due to oblique reasons and mala fide intention.

(ii) to initiate the department proceeding and criminal proceeding against the respondent no. 3;

(iii) to pay the compensation as per the latest rate with compound interest.

3. A reply on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 8 duly put on affidavit by the Circle Officer, Sheikhpura is on record and as per it, the land is recorded as Gairmazarua Aam on which the Circuit House has been constructed.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the facts as also the reply of the State which he has perused by taking the Court's copy, the petitioner shall be moving before an appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of his grievance.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
