2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 299/2021 registered under section 307, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to be one of the assailant of the deceased. Petitioner No. 1 is lady. The petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the view that Petitioner No. 1 is lady, this application for regular bail is allowed

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail (Petitioner No. 2 be released after framing of charge) on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 299/2021.
