ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of Conviction dated 12.02.2014 passed by the Ad-hoc Addl. Sessions Judge Ist, Sheikhpur in Cr. Appeal No.102 of 2012 by which he has affirmed the Judgment dt.24.07.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sheikhpura, in G.R. No.739/2000 and modified the sentence of the petitioners and sentenced them to rigorous imprisonment for six months.

Considering the impugned Judgment, does not reveal any irregularity or perversity, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, in view of the period of custody, the sentence of the petitioners is reduced to one already under gone by them. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of.
