The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 91/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence this petitioner along with one Tabassum Khatoon inflicted sword blow on the face of informant causing injury on her face.

Injury report is annexed as Annexure-2 which shows that informant has sustained two injuries, i.e. incised wound over right maxillary region of size 1.5"x 0.3'x skin deep caused by sharp cutting object and abrasion over right maxillary region

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41840 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 lateral to No. 1 injury 1"x 0.5' caused by hard and blunt substance. Doctor has opined that injuries sustained by informant are simple but dangerous to life.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 91/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
