2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the deceased was killed for the demand of dowry. The petitioner is said to be father-in-law of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.02.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45765 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail only when his son Pramod Ravidas surrender, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022.
