JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-06-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S.Case No. 131 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 304B, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death and petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the deceased has committed suicide and he has falsely been implicated in this case and other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that death occurred inside the house of the petitioner and he happens to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15722 of 2018 (4) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
