ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

A show-cause has been filed in this case in which it has been stated that since the petitioner did not comply with the directions of the Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7629 of 2013, the opposite parties have proceeded to pass orders of dismissal against the petitioner. The said order came under challenge before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11233 of 2015, but the same was also disposed of on 11.08.2017 with a direction to the petitioner to

Patna High Court MJC No.1680 of 2015 (3) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 approach the appellate authority in accordance with law. The said order of dismissal has since been challenged before the appellate authority and the matters remains pending over there. Be that as it may, no case of contempt is made out in view of the subsequent events which have followed the present order under contempt.

The application thus stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his grievances before the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.
