This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 01.06.2024 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 (i)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3011 of 2024(2) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 time of occurrence , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these appellants abused informant by caste name and assaulted him and also snatched Rs. 4000/-.

5 . Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
